Come back
to yourself.

A space where ballet, movement, grace, confidence and self-discovery meet.

“I don’t want to leave that part behind. I want to carry it with me, but allow myself to become more than it.”

What movement means to me now

“Movement means freedom.”

Not the freedom I imagined when I was younger — when movement meant being technically perfect, performing well or proving that I was good enough. Now movement means being present in my body.

I can keep moving.

Still a ballerina?

More than
one word.

I think I will always be a ballerina, even if I no longer define myself only by that word.

Ballet shaped so much of who I am — the way I move, the way I see beauty, my discipline, my relationship with my body, and even the way I deal with difficult moments. For a long time, being a ballerina was my entire identity. Now I understand that it was only one part of me.

Today I am also a model, a woman discovering new sides of herself, and someone who wants to create something of her own.

Maybe the word ballerina doesn’t describe everything I am anymore — but it describes where a very important part of me began.

“What feels most alive for me now is the feeling of becoming someone new.”

Where I am now

A life that can
keep opening.

I

What feels alive

I love creating, being in front of the camera, expressing something through movement and emotion, and discovering how many different versions of myself I can become. Modeling has given me a different kind of freedom. I can tell a story without having to say a single word.

I’m becoming more curious about what happens when I stop trying to fit into one definition of myself.

I want to explore femininity, movement, beauty, confidence and vulnerability — not just as aesthetics, but as things that can actually make someone feel something.

II

Protecting & enjoying

As I’ve grown older, I have become much more protective of my peace, my time and the people I allow close to me.

When I was younger, I think I was much more willing to prove myself, to push through everything and to put pressure on myself. Now I understand that not everything has to be earned through suffering.

I’m learning to enjoy beautiful places, travelling, creating, meeting people, being feminine, dressing up, taking photographs, laughing and resting — without feeling guilty that I should always be doing more.

I no longer want to live only for the next achievement. I want to actually experience the life I’m building.

02 — Move
Zuza Movement · zuza.mov

A small doorway
into ballet.

Movement has always been my way of coming back to myself.

For years, I asked my body to perform. To be stronger. More flexible. More precise. More disciplined. Today, I am learning another way of moving — one that begins with listening rather than demanding.

Ballet, stretching, mobility and training are not separate things for me. They are different ways of understanding the body. I want to explore movement not only as something that changes how we look, but as something that changes how we feel, breathe and experience ourselves.

I want to share ballet-inspired videos, exercises, stretching and movement — not necessarily with the goal of becoming a professional ballerina, but to help people feel more connected to their bodies.

Beyond ballet

A language for
something larger.

I think I’m increasingly using ballet to teach something larger. Ballet is the language I know best, but the message is much bigger than ballet.

It’s about discipline without losing yourself.

It’s about the relationship you have with your body.

It’s about learning to be seen.

It’s about falling and getting back up.

Your body is not something you have to fight against — it’s something you live your life through.

“And perhaps most importantly, it’s about realizing that you are allowed to evolve.”

The stage was one of my first great teachers

Presence before
perfection.

Professional ballet taught me what dedication really means — the repetition, discipline, vulnerability and courage required to step in front of an audience and give everything you have.

Performing also taught me how to communicate without words, how to tell a story through movement and how to transform emotion into something visible.

“My stage experience continues to influence everything I do today.”

04 — Create

Photography · Modelling · Collaboration

Movement,
captured.

Photography became another form of movement and expression for me.

In front of the camera, I am interested not only in beauty, but in emotion, atmosphere, character and storytelling.

For me, collaboration is about creating something that neither person could have created alone.

05 — Become

Beauty with honesty

Becoming is
a process.

I don’t want to teach anyone that they need to become someone else. I want to help them feel more at home in themselves.

Through years of working with my body, performing, modelling and constantly challenging myself, I have learned that wellbeing begins with awareness.

I don’t believe in pretending that confidence means never having insecurities. What I would promise is honesty.

03Evolve

You do not have to stay the person you once were.

Who I hope to reach

Someone finding their way back

The person I want to help is someone who has lost a little connection with themselves.

Maybe they don’t feel comfortable in their body. Maybe they compare themselves to others. Maybe they have spent years trying to be what everyone else expected them to be.

I understand that feeling because I know what it is like to have a very complicated relationship with your body and with the idea of being “good enough.”

What I would never promise

Perfection is not the point

I would never promise someone that they will suddenly love themselves every day. I don’t believe in pretending that confidence means never having insecurities.

There will always be difficult days. There will be comparison, doubt, rejection and moments when you don’t feel beautiful.

What I would promise is honesty: the reality behind the beautiful image — the work, the discipline, the uncertainty, the failures and the moments when you have to find your way back to yourself.

What could change in a year

A different relationship with yourself

If someone spent a year learning from me, I would hope something changed in the way they feel inside their own body. Not necessarily that their body became different, but that their relationship with it did.

I would want them to stand in front of a mirror and see themselves rather than a list of imperfections.

I would want them to move with more confidence, take up more space, feel more graceful, and stop waiting until they become “perfect” to start enjoying themselves.

06 — Journal

Moments between chapters

A little less perfect.
Completely mine.

Not everything needs to become a photograph. The Journal is a place for thoughts, experiences, travels, inspirations and small moments that exist between the bigger chapters of life.

Here I share what I am learning, discovering and experiencing — from movement and creativity to femininity, wellbeing, travel and the realities of building a life around art.

The longer vision

Beauty,
but not perfection.

If there were no limitations, I wouldn’t want to create just another online platform about ballet.

I would want to create a space where ballet, movement, grace, confidence and self-discovery meet.

I imagine beautiful visual content, movement practices, conversations, personal stories, educational material and eventually workshops or retreats. It would feel elegant and artistic, but also real.

Not: Be perfect. Instead: Come back to yourself.

I want people to feel inspired, but also understood. If someone came across this platform without seeing my name, I would want them to recognise the feeling: movement, grace, softness, strength and honesty.

“I hope someone could visit my website five years from now and say: This made me see myself differently.”

That would mean more to me than simply having a successful business. I want to create something that stays with people after they leave the page — something that makes someone feel more confident, more at home in their body and more connected to themselves.
